certainly so.. but only for people who have the basic minimum available.. which is not true for all.. as a matter of fact for most in a country like India..
and while people are improving their circumstances at whatever chance they get.. still most do not get the opportunity.. and that results in misery.. and that can be redressed only through all around development..

there is much more misery in the higher classes, just that they are not highlighted enuf!
only that their misery is on account of their actions.. while for lower classes it is mainly on account of their circumstances..
And I believe that circumstances are a doing of our actions!
